SMASH! 2010

SMASH! has come by again, moving from the Round House to Town Hall this year.

I had hoped with the renovations Town Hall would have better lighting; but it was still pretty dim =\. The venue filled up to its max capacity at about 12pm and ticket sales had to stop due to health and safety, so some people had to be turned away .

This year i got myself involved and was part of SMASH as the BJD assistant.

About an hour till opening.

The turn out for the dolls table was awesome ^^. The most dolls that I’ve seen at a meet. We were given 2 tables for the dolls display and even before the doors opened for the convention the tables were already over half full.

A stall holder had Mikuru for sale, who was shortly abducted by Haruhi..

Australia’s first gunpla modeling contest was here too ^^.

I’m more of a Zoids person than Gundam so i didn’t spend much time at the gundam display.

It was a great day; picked up an Asuka wallscroll.
